The neighbourhood teams will be managing tenancies, letting empty properties, processing mutual exchange applications, dealing with anti-social behaviour and undertaking resident involvement and community development work.

Income
The income team deal with residents rent account and service charge enquiries. Income advisers will be able to answer your enquiries by telephone or by visiting you in your home.

Customer enquiries
We are here to answer any queries (except repairs concerns), coming in by phone or email. We aim to answer 80% of queries there and then, but if we can't, we'll log your enquiry and either get back to you ourselves with an answer, or make sure that the right person gets in touch with you. If you have a complaint, we will also deal with it for you.

Repairs
We are here to make sure any repairs get done well and on time. We will chase up any ongoing issues for you. We will make enquiries for you on any planned improvements to your home such as when it's due to be painted, or when your kitchen is due to be replaced. We make sure our contractors deliver a good service, and we make sure our out-of-hours emergency service runs smoothly. We will deal with any repairs complaints you might have. We are part of the Technical Services team.
