This measures the current amount of rent owned to DCHA as a percentage of all the rent due. The gross arrears performance evaluates all rent owing, irrespective of whether the rent is paid by Housing Benefit. The lower the percentage, the lower the arrears outstanding.

The following graph shows the performance over the last few years. The line shown in red is a trend-line, which enables you to see the general direction of performance – in this case the amount of rent arrears is decreasing.
