Whenever a person moves into a new home they receive a satisfaction form asking them a variety of questions about the moving in process, their new home and the tenancy agreement etc. One of the questions asks how satisfied the person was with the whole lettings process; this performance indicator shows how many people, as a percentage, stated that they were either very or fairly satisfied. The higher the percentage, the better the performance.
The chart below shows the average satisfaction rating for the period from 1st July 2008 to 30th September 2008.

The following graph shows the performance over the last few years. The line shown in red is a trend-line, which enables you to see the general direction of performance – in this case our residents are increasingly satisfied with the lettings process.
