Repairs satisfaction

A satisfaction form is sent out to residents who have had a repair completed. The resident is asked for their opinion on various aspects of the repairs process, including their satisfaction with the overall performance of DCHA staff. This target looks at how many residents rated the performance as very good, good or OK.

The following graph shows the performance over the last few years. The line shown in red is a trend-line, which enables you to see the general direction of performance – in this case our residents are increasingly satisfied with staff when dealing with repairs.
