Repair jobs are prioritised into either emergency, urgent or routine. From the time at which the repair is first logged we aim to complete emergency jobs within 24 hours; urgent repairs within 7 days; and routine jobs within 28 days. Here is the number of jobs, as a percentage of the total number of jobs in each category, completed within the expected timescales. The higher the percentage, the more jobs that were completed on time.
The first graph in each category shows the performance for the period from 1st July 2008 to 30th September 2008. Underneath this is a graph showing the performance over the last few years. The line shown in red is a trend-line, which enables you to see the general direction of performance
