Some of our major new developments
St Austell urban village
This mixed-use regeneration site provides residential, retail and office units in the centre of St Austell. It is based around urban village principles and integrates a variety of affordable homes within a sustainable environment.
City Hospital, Truro
Located in the centre of Truro, this 6.4 acre redevelopment of the former city hospital is delivering 150 contemporary newbuild apartments and 22 family houses. The conversion of the Grade II listed infirmary building provides a further 19 apartments.
Redruth urban village
This is a major urban village regeneration scheme in Redruth providing 118 homes for rent, sale and shared ownership including 7 live-work units and 300m2 of office accommodation
Gun Wharf, Devonport
This is a resident-led mixed-tenure regeneration scheme of 99 residential units, including 35 for outright sale, 46 for general needs rent and 16 for shared ownership. The scheme was developed in partnership with Midas Homes and grant-funded by the Housing Corporation and the South West Regional Development Agency. Gun Wharf is recognised as a best practice example of collaborative working producing high-quality design through consultation and effective partnership working. It has won several major national design awards.
