Planned maintenance and redecoration programme 2008/09
A summary of our proposed programmes of planned maintenance and cyclical decoration works to be undertaken during the financial year 2008/09 is available by clicking the links below. Please note, from time to time we have to re-prioritise the works, which may result in changes to the programme during the course of the year.
Residents will be notified in advance of any works starting, will receive written advice of the name of the contractor who will be undertaking projects and of the proposed start date. Where applicable, they will be consulted on contract start dates and some of the design detail, such as kitchen layout or colour schemes.

Please be aware that we never ask our contractors to collect any money from residents for these planned and cyclical works. If you are approached by anyone asking for financial contributions please contact your local housing team, who will investigate this activity.
If you would like to be involved in consultation, the outcome of which will inform our policies and procedures, please email our Housing Policy & Procedures Manager on our “hot line” at consultonpolicy@dcha.co.uk. We welcome ideas and comments by our residents, which could include joining a focus group or working party if you wish to fully participate. The key policy areas presently being considered and taken forward are disabled adaptations, compensating residents for improvements they wish to make to their homes, and service charges.
