Approved contractors' list

We work with mainly local contractors who have applied to go on our “approved list”. This means that we have taken up references for them, inspected some examples of their work, ensured that they have the correct amount of insurance, and that they have agreed to work according to care & repair guidelines. Complaints about contractors are always investigated and if necessary contractors are removed from the list. We cannot ever give a 100% guarantee about the standard of contractors’ work, but we have done our best to ensure that any contractor on our list will provide a good and reliable service.

Devon care & repair is not allowed to recommend contractors, but we are happy to give out names from our list on the understanding that it is then the client's decision to contact them or not.
