Sharing your ideas and opinions to help us improve our service

crealy consultation

If you are a resident of Devon & Cornwall Housing Association and wish to help us improve our housing service you might like to consider taking part in some form of discussion or focus group. Sharing your ideas and views with us by completing a survey by post, email or over the telephone is a really great way to help and if you have more time to spare you might consider attending a local consultation event or meeting to discuss a particular issue.

Through out the year we will be looking at specific areas of our work. At the moment we are reviewing Resident Involvement and how we involve residents in the management of their own home and the organisation and how we can offer more choice about the services you receive at a local level.

At the recent Tenant Event we asked residents to complete a survey about the best ways to involve them, the results of this survey can be downloaded from the list below. If you would like to answer the same three questions you can do this on line by clicking the link below.

As residents and shared owners we would really value your opinion.

We are also preparing to set up a residents' technical forum and invite residents to join our investment team to look at the design and construction of our new homes.

If you are a resident of DCHA or a shared owner and have a little time to spare and are interested in any of these opportunities or want to find out more please contact Rose Hunter, Involvement and Green Living Manager, Telephone 01392 814471 Email:rose.hunter@dcha.co.uk
