As the largest local housing association, we provide a whole range of award-winning services across Plymouth, including
- affordable rented and shared ownership homes
- new housing investment and regeneration
- training and accommodation for young people through Plymouth Foyer
- supported and sheltered housing for older and vulnerable people
- care & repair home improvement agency services.
Our regional committee oversees all our housing work in the city, looking at how we manage our properties, where to focus our new development and how we can continue improving our services for local people.
The committee currently comprises residents, local councillors and our board members, working together to scrutinise, challenge and support our work. Now, we want to bring in new expertise from the wider community.
