Housing Design Awards

Our award winning housing scheme at Gun Wharf Plymouth is shortly being inspected by assessors for the Housing Design Awards. The visit will determine if we make it onto the shortlist for the awards.

Gun Wharf is the first phase of the regeneration of Devonport Plymouth and provides a mixed tenure development of homes for rent, shared ownership sale and outright sale. This imaginative scheme runs down to the watersedge of the River Tamar.
