Care & repair gets results

Great news from Devon is the tremendous performance achieved by our care & repair service. We are almost two years into the five-year contract to provide home improvement agency services in Devon and are continually improving and refining the service across the county.

Our Devon team’s performance is stronger than all of its regional competitors, according to the latest Supporting People benchmarking information. This is both in terms of percentage of service users maintaining independent living as a result of work and advice, and number of service users dealt with during the period.

Devon outperforms the south west and national average for independent living and is second in the whole country for the number of customers with work completed.
