Resident consultation on play

Shortage of play facilities for all children is an issue at Broad Farm, Bude. The first step in providing proper facilites concentrates on the under 8 age range and we took plans along to an open air consultation meeting to get residents views.

A lot of work in partnership with the residents association, North Cornwall District Council and the police has taken place to ensure that the proper provision is put in place together with landscaping minimising the effect on close neighbouring properties.

We provided food and entertainment for young and old alike with the face painting proving by far the most popular.
