DCHA has three types of rented homes and specialist teams looking after each different area of work.
General Family Housing
The largest number of homes are general family homes and we have schemes in all 17 local authority areas including the Isles of Scilly. Homes range from bed sits for single people up to 5 bedroom houses for larger families. We divide the region into areas and have specialist teams covering a number of local authority areas.
Sheltered Housing
We have nearly 1000 homes for older people, mostly flats but we do have a few bungalows. Homes are managed by a specialist team based in our Liskeard office
Supported Housing
A range of clients both directly and indirectly managed provide almost 
1000 bedspaces and move on accommodation for those needing greater support. Homes are primarily provided in projects with shared facilities. In most cases there are full time staff providing the support sometimes on a 24 hr basis.
