Padstow Foyer forms a part of the area strategy formed by North Cornwall District Council supporting young people in its area.
The foyer provides accommodation to residents. Training and educational opporunities are provided in the core building nearby. The core building received funding from the european community and as well as community facilities, provides a home for the Padstow branch of the Cornwall public library service.
