- Redruth – 1 self-contained property for people recovering from drug and alcohol misuse.
- Redruth/Camborne – 17 self-contained properties for people with mental health issues
- Redruth – accommodation for 16 homeless families.
Carrick
- Truro – 2 self-contained properties for people recovering from drug and alcohol misuse.
- Truro – accommodation for 15 single homeless.
- Truro – accommodation for 5 people with mental health issues.
- Truro – self-contained accommodation for 8 people with learning disabilities.
- Penryn – accommodation for 6 homeless families
- 1 safe house for 6 women and their children escaping domestic violence.
Restormel
- Newquay – self-contained accommodation for 10 people with mental health issues.
- 1 safe house for 8 women and their children escaping domestic violence.
N Cornwall
- Bodmin – self-contained accommodation for four people with mental health issues.
- Launceston – 3 self-contained properties for people recovering from drug and alcohol misuse.
- Launceston – self-contained accommodation for 6 people with learning disabilities.

- Saltash – accommodation for 6 people with mental health issues.
- Liskeard - accommodation for 8 young people at risk/leaving care.
